Do I need previous yoga experience?

Our 100 and 200 Hour TTCs welcome beginners with sincere intent. The 300 Hour TTC requires a 200 Hour certification.

What is included in the course fee?

Tuition, accommodation, three sattvic meals, study materials, excursions, certification and airport pickup from Dehradun.

How do I reach Rishikesh?
Fly into Dehradun (DED), 35 min away. Delhi (DEL) is also well connected by overnight train and road.
