Asana

Yoga is extremely beneficial for your physical as well as mental health. There are vast numbers of Yoga Asanas with different and crucial benefits. Yoga asanas or poses don’t demand any big space or a workout studio for their practice; the only thing needed is a tranquil and calm environment. Different style of yoga needs different poses to practice; for example, Meditation can be done in a sitting posture.
As per the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Yoga Asanas are the poses that are steady and comfortable. Explore yoga through various asanas and postures. So, get ready to practice it with Kamal Yoga in Rishikesh.

 

A fine training of the mind is meditation. It is an activity to focusing your mind on a specific thought, point or activity. Like you need to keep your body fit, same as, you need to keep your mind fit and healthy and for this, there is no better way than Meditation.
The easiest way to begin meditating is simply by focusing on the breath like concentration. Meditation means to observe your thoughts without any judgement, to understand the needs of your body, to listen to the demand of your soul and to relax your mind.

Pranayama: Also known as Breathing Techniques, Pranayama is the foundation of yoga practice. Through this relaxing and refreshing technique, one can simply control one’s body, mind, and soul and calm down the agitation.
“Prana” refers to the vital energy in the body, and “Ayama” means control; so, Pranayama is the control of the vital energy in the body, i.e., breath. This spiritual practice contains many benefits related to lung conditions, asthma, and breathing conditions, relieving headache, boosting mood, and so. It also induces meditative states of the body and relaxes the mind, which further lowers stress and tension and makes you free from anxiety.

Our 100 and 200 Hour TTCs welcome beginners with sincere intent. The 300 Hour TTC requires a 200 Hour certification.
